According to INSEE, in 2021, poverty in Paris was reflected by a poverty rate of 16.1%, affecting approximately 1.2 million people, with 18% of students relying on food aid. In December 2024, 13 young volunteers from Concordia took on the theme of poverty. They highlighted that inequalities in access to information and solidarity initiatives limit their engagement. Although many actors are mobilizing to address these issues, these initiatives remain unknown to a broad public with diverse social, economic, and geographical backgrounds. With the Team’Sol group, we aim to make it easier for a group of young people to inform themselves, understand, and take action locally and nationally to fight against poverty.
