Grosse Semaine is a citizen participation project bringing together 24 French and German young people to explore sustainable tourism in the twin cities of Mâcon and Neustadt. Through collaborative journalism, they will produce a bilingual eco-friendly guide, highlighting local initiatives and serving as a foundation for a citizen dialogue. The project follows three key phases: Preparation : Training in journalism and sustainable tourism. Mobilities : Fieldwork to explore territories and produce articles. Restitution : Roundtables with local decision-makers to discuss best practices and their replicability. The goal is to raise awareness, equip, and engage young people in local decision-making, while fostering Franco-German cooperation and promoting more inclusive and responsible tourism.
