The project aims to create a local webTV, Satellite_ap, directly involving young people in the production and management of audiovisual content. It responds to a strong demand for access to digital tools and media expression, particularly among young artists and creators from the popular neighborhoods of Paris and its suburbs. The objective is to help them acquire technical, digital, and professional skills while fostering social cohesion among young people from sometimes rival neighborhoods. The project also raises awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities through a dedicated program. It encourages autonomy, creativity, and civic engagement by providing a platform where young people can produce and broadcast their own shows.
