This project aims to use the subject of food as an educational tool and a lever for emancipation. The aim is to support young people's commitment to having a positive impact on their environment, by organizing non formal education workshops and events on the cross-cutting theme of food practices and cooking as a vehicle for interculturality. Our aim is to empower young people through concrete means. This project responds to a growing need to explore and question how food practices can foster social commitment and raise awareness of contemporary issues such as climate change and systemic inequalities. But also to highlight how cooking can create links. Our aim is to involve a group of young people interested in the subject, so that they can develop reflections on food as a vector for social ties and civic awareness.
