Through this project, we hope to improve the quality of our support and thus enable a greater number of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, to discover the Discover EU scheme. Our support as part of the Discover EU program is designed to help young people become more independent, which is one of Youth ID's main objectives. In the same way, our support should help young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, to deal with the potential difficulties they may encounter when travelling and discovering Europe. We believe that it is very important to raise awareness among young people and to support them at this particular time. We hope that by taking part in the Discover EU program, young people will be able to discover Europe, meet other young Europeans and become fully-fledged European citizens. Our aim with this project is to - Enable young people with fewer opportunities for mobility to travel independently throughout Europe. Our objectives are to : - Introduce Discover EU citizens, particularly young people with fewer opportunities, to travelling across Europe -To support these young people in planning and organising their trip through a support programme -Enable young people to become more independent and move out of their comfort zone -Enable young people to discover new cultures through their trip -That young people meet our partner associations in Europe and learn about their work -Young people can discover other European mobility opportunities, such as Youth Exchanges or the European Solidarity Corps. -That these young people learn about citizenship and solidarity.
