The objective of the project is to strengthen the capacities of youth workers in the area of migrant and marginalized group integration by equipping them with tools to amplify young migrants' voices, understand their needs, and adapt their approaches for better integration. The project is structured around three study visits: field visits to key organizations will be combined with interactive training sessions, ensuring both practical exposure and theoretical learning.
