We aim to encourage active citizenship among young adults to fight against climate change and its impacts. We will build the capacities of young adults to make their climate resilience communication more impactful thanks to decentralised digital media and tools. Moreover, we will foster a transnational community of purpose and support for European young people taking part in the project thanks to an online platform to connect, share resources and develop collaboration.
