Our main objective, based on the identification of schemes in Europe, will be to propose tools and best practices to the sport and professional integration ecosystem in order to improve the employability of NEETs in the sport sector and thus reduce inequalities by promoting the development of more permanent and stable jobs. All this can be achieved through a research phase and a consultation phase on the employability of young NEETs in sport.
