Implement a peer-to-peer program into the USE-IT network between experienced members and individual starting initiatives. Create a digital resource for every initiative to get a central place to find all related information. Structure, update and give a better access to existing materials. Favor the participation and involvement into the community with 10 participants taking part to a buddy program during 10 months and analyse the development of 5 paired initiatives to generalize the program.
