Objectives

The project aimed to strengthen our organisation's capacity to provide high-quality adult education on inclusion, intercultural learning and support for refugee and minority children and families. Through job shadowing, we sought to enhance staff competences, update existing training programmes, develop new learning content inspired by European good practices, and improve the quality and long-term impact of our educational activities.

Background

Our organisation provides adult education programmes for professionals, volunteers and community members working with children and families from disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly refugee, Roma and other minority communities. The project addressed the need to update our training programmes by strengthening staff competencies through international job shadowing. This enabled us to improve the quality of our educational offer and better respond to the evolving needs of diverse communities.
