With this project, we aim to strengthen the digital competencies of teachers, particularly in the use of AI tools in adult education, and enhance international cooperation and capacity for Erasmus+ projects. Our goal is to provide more inclusive education for disadvantaged individuals, integrate green practices into the institution’s operations, and implement innovative teaching methods, thereby improving education quality and increasing the visibility of Učilište Magistra at the European level.
We are applying for this project to enhance the digital competencies of our teachers, particularly in the use of AI tools in adult education, strengthen international cooperation, and build capacity for the implementation of Erasmus+ projects. Ths project will enable a more inclusive approach to education for disadvantaged individuals and the integration of green practices into the institution’s daily operations, thereby improving education quality and increasing the institution’s visibility.
