Objectives

Our main objectives; 1. To ensure that instructors apply innovative methods and tools in preparing, presenting and evaluating courses in non-formal education. 2. To ensure that instructors increase their knowledge on project-based teaching and include the gains they have achieved in the course curriculum. 3. To reduce the number of students who do not attend the course (course dropout) from 28% on average between 2022-2024 to 22% by 2026.

Background

Based on our SWOT analysis,Our aim is to solve these obstacles; insufficient level of basic skills training for adults, a lack of project-based applications for adult learners, and a shortage of master trainers, teachers, and staff. Additionally, our institution has yet to produce or implement an EU project and faces gaps in knowledge and experience regarding Erasmus+, EU projects, and EU harmonization. Given these challenges, this proposal is essential for enhancing our institution’s capacity.
