The project objective is to enhance the professional competencies of TICM educators in the fields of sustainability, climate change, and the application of green practices. The acquired knowledge and methods will expand the offer of non-formal education programs for entrepreneurs and citizens. The project will enable the development of new programs and strengthen international cooperation, positioning TICM as a regional educational center for sustainable education and social responsibility.
TICM applied for this project to enhance the professional competencies of its educators in the fields of sustainability, ecological innovations, and the application of green practices in business and everyday life. Currently, TICM lacks sufficient internal experts in these areas, which hinders the development of relevant programs. Mobility activities will enable acquisition of new knowledge, networking with European institutions, and the implementation of relevant topics in educational programs.
