Through this project, we aim to enhance students' vocational knowledge and competencies through international training and develop digital skills applicable in business. Our goal is also to increase students' adaptability to the European labor market by improving soft skills, intercultural competencies, and understanding of sustainable business models. The project will provide students with practical experience in modern work environments, making them more competitive in the job market.
We applied for this project to provide students with high-quality vocational training abroad, as local businesses often lack adequate resources, modern technologies, and pedagogical competencies necessary for effective skill transfer. Additionally, there is a need to develop digital skills, intercultural competencies, and an understanding of sustainable business models to enhance students' employability and competitiveness in the European labor market.
