We want to provide students with practical experience in European healthcare institutions to develop professional independence and better adapt to the labor market. We aim to give teachers the opportunity to adopt modern teaching methods and use digital tools in education. Through international cooperation, our goal is to improve the quality of education, increase interest in mobility, and ensure long-term changes in teaching processes.
The school applied for the project to enhance the professional and intercultural competencies of students and teachers through international experiences. Students will gain key skills in elderly care through practical training, while teachers will adopt innovative teaching methods. The project will contribute to curriculum modernization, increase students' employability, and strengthen international cooperation, with a special focus on inclusivity.
