The participants will have the opportunity to work on innovative programs and technologies as a step forward from outdated curriculum that is used in school. It is our wish that the participants develop and improve various skills and competencies on a personal and professional level, for example: new professional knowledge, work discipline, entrepreneurial spirit and professional responsibility, the importance of lifelong education, multiculturalism, mutual understanding and tolerance.
VET curricula need to be improved with education on developed EU market. We are faced with a lack of material and technical conditions, outdated curricula that are not implemented through technologically developed practice. Teachers do not have access to new technologies and methodologies, which negatively affects teaching. The participants will gain knowledge and skills that they cannot get through outdated programs and technologies that are offered to them in the domestic market and at school.
