By implementing TC Act Now, we want to strengthen the capacities of organizations that work with young people in the field of dealing with crisis management. The goals of the project are the adoption of interdisciplinary special skills in dealing with crisis situations, as well as the integration of these into regular work with young people and the organization of partners, but also in their local communities. With this approach, we want to ensure the connection of organizations that operate in crisis situations, all for the purpose of better and more effective cooperation. Thus empowered persons who work with young people will be more effective, and young people will be additionally motivated to become part of teams for dealing with crisis situations.
