Title of the project THISability: inclusive approach to the career of people with disabilities is essentially a sort of a word game that has a goal to raise awareness among young individuals and their social circle on the topic of inclusion of people with disabilities into their work environment. As we are aware of it ourselves that our society is not inclusive enough, our goal is to show an example of the ways they can make change and help people who are part of their community but are often overlooked. The main goal of the project is to empower young people to acquire inclusive approach and practice towards people with disabilities in their work environment. Specific goals: 1. Promoting inclusive communication 2. Building skills for career counselling 3. Raising awareness through media campaign 4. Alleviate networking and advocacy 5. Advocating the European Union's strategies
