Through implementing this project, we want to further develop the skills and competencies of young people in Split and the surrounding areas to understand what is necessary to become active participants in local, national, and regional institutions on a range of topics, from tech to immigration and democracy. Through non-formal education, experiential learning, and two mobilities—each of which will be planned and implemented by young people—we will empower these young people to develop themselves and the projects they want in the future. There are four main objectives: To strengthen our existing leadership program and the connections we have with the public and private sectors. To improve our youth’s ability to think critically and share their thoughts. To create a platform for our youth to engage and feel empowered. To provide us all with the opportunity to visit key decision-making establishments
