The project aims to offer high-quality training (and develop the existing training materials) for international participants while meeting European adult education standards and Erasmus+ quality assurance requirements. We seek to gain international recognition, attract more foreign participants to Hungary, and create a positive image of our country. Our staff will be able to administer and implement international training programs. Our goal is to build a dynamic international network.
The project aims to expand our adult education offerings and implement international training in Hungary based on Erasmus principles. We seek to enhance our colleagues' professional competencies and establish a stronger international presence through partnerships and mobility programs. Training and professional visits will foster a culture of continuous learning, strengthen our international engagement, and contribute to improving our organization's employee retention capacity.
