Through professional meetings and workshops, we want to collect good practices and ideas that can be successfully adapted. We will use the experiences gained by visiting practical sites implemented on external sites to improve our own practice. We will examine the responses of Romanian schools to the challenges created by digitalization and the green transition. As a separate area, we will examine the use of digital tools and online learning materials in adult education.
In our application entitled Focus on Practical Education, 30 professional trainers and managers will have the opportunity to visit vocational training institutions, training sites and practical training sites in Sepsiszentgyörgy as part of a mobility project.The project provides them with the opportunity to gain experience in an international environment and learn about good practices that they can incorporate into their work upon returning home.
