Students gain work experience and practice English language in a real working environment abroad. Some of the colleagues, who take part in the teacher trainings will learn new methods that will renew our school's teaching practice. Others will acquire social skills and skills that can create a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and teachers alike, creating a sense of harmony, agreement and mental well-being at work.
We see a need for renewal in the situation created by the merger of schools. It is vital for us to see how the new school presents itself among similar schools, how it performs in terms of learning outcomes, and how it is perceived by parents, students and the school's governing body. Our colleagues need methodological innovation and we would like to provide a 21st century, modern learning environment and a professional workplace for our students.
