The goal is to develop practical knowledge, familiarize with and apply agile and project-based methodologies, and acquire innovative and comprehensive technological skills and experiences. Additionally, it is important to enhance motivation and dedication in the respective fields. The program aims to improve participants’ foreign language skills, as well as their independence and sense of responsibility. The experiences gained should be applicable in their future work.
Audi Hungaria aims to achieve multiple objectives within the framework of the Erasmus+ Vocational Training Mobility project, aligned with corporate strategic goals. The planned trips in the project are designed to enhance students’ competencies and strengthen the European-level knowledge of the labour supply. Diversity, inclusion, tolerance, and integrity are also included in our strategy, as areas for development for the students.
