Our goal is to improve the culture and effectiveness of school education. We would like to achieve this by developing digital and blended education and introducing the methodology of gamification. With inclusive education, we help our students with fewer opportunities and those who are lagging behind. Student’s motivation and professional commitment are strengthened by professional visits. Our students complete dual training at foreign companies, so it is necessary to develop language skills.
Our goal is to create a modern and open school, where we aim to achieve student inclusion through digitalization, the developing competencies of our staff through Erasmus courses and job shadowing, as well as the short-term mobility of our students. The knowledge acquired by participants, along with the best practices they discover and bring back, will transform and develop our school organization. Traveling abroad will enhance the motivation and satisfaction of both our colleagues and students.
