Objectives

A „Financial literacy: the first step towards financial capability” nevű ifjúsági csere 36 fiatal számára teremtett lehetőséget Olaszországból, Lengyelországból, Szerbiából és Magyarországról. ENG: The youth exchange titled “Financial literacy: the first step towards financial capability” provided an opportunity for 36 young people from Italy, Poland, Serbia, and Hungary. The participants were mainly between the ages of 16 and 23, as developing financial literacy is particularly important at this stage of life. During the youth exchange program, the young people deepened their knowledge of the financial world. They can apply the knowledge and skills they gained not only during the exchange but also afterward. By equipping young people with financial knowledge, the project not only taught them how to manage their money but also boosted their self-confidence and developed the skills necessary to build a stable and successful future. The project had the following objectives: Equipped young people with basic financial skills, such as budgeting, saving, and responsible investing. Offered them hands-on learning opportunities to navigate real-world financial challenges. Encouraged young people to take control of their financial future and reduce the risk of economic hardship. Ensured that financial education reached young people with fewer opportunities, promoting equal access to knowledge. Introduced participants to the Erasmus+ programs, expanding their learning and mobility opportunities.
