Environmental pollution and the scarcity of quality job opportunities are pressing concerns. Many young individuals feel uncertain about the future, lacking motivation or direction, and are disheartened by the ongoing global crises. Determined to make a difference, we've designed a youth exchange programme focused on harnessing the potential of the green economy and social entrepreneurship to create sustainable livelihoods while not forgetting about environmental considerations. By collaborating with partners in Greece, Turkey, Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Hungary, we've assembled a diverse and capable team to address the pressing issue of youth unemployment, particularly among the NEET population. We are ready to launch our exciting new project "Future Eco-friendly Entrepreneur" aimed at raising awareness about environmental protection and the green economy across our partner countries while pointing at the opportunities it creates for young people to find or create jobs. Our mission is to inspire young people to engage in finding ecological solutions for the economy, creating job opportunities, and nurturing our natural environment simultaneously. We're on a mission to tackle youth unemployment while championing eco-friendly entrepreneurship throughout Europe. Our approach is rooted in data-driven insights as our research revealed alarming rates of youth unemployment and NEET presence in certain partner countries, prompting us to target these communities most in need. By engaging unemployed and NEET youth through questionnaires, we've gained invaluable insights into their challenges and aspirations, shaping our project objectives accordingly. We believe that through our youth exchange, the non-formal methods used and the follow-up activities, we will be able to have a lasting impact in our target communities and start a change that will help fight youth unemployment. We believe, that it is important to focus on the fact that young people can not only just fill jobs, but they can create them by starting their own businesses. The future of European economy relies on these young people and we are here to empower them and help them make their entrepreneurial journey environmentally friendly.
