Physical and mental health, well-being

Objectives

The idea for the project came from young people, who felt that many of them had not yet encountered the concept of recreation, that many of them had few opportunities for recreational activities, especially due to their disadvantaged situation. They felt that recreation would be important for them not only in terms of physical but also mental health. Since they have few accessible opportunities for this form of recreation, the primary goal of our project is to introduce them to various recreational activities and, through this, support the development of a healthy lifestyle. It is particularly important for young people to become familiar with the concept of recreation, as it contributes to their physical, mental and social development. Active recreation can help develop a healthy lifestyle, as it encourages movement, reduces the risk of obesity and various health problems. In addition, recreation is also an effective stress management tool that helps relieve tension, improves mood and reduces anxiety. Various recreational activities, especially team sports and community programs, develop social skills, cooperation and communication. However, recreation is not only about physical activity, but also includes creative and cultural activities that provide opportunities for self-expression and learning new skills.. The active young people in our organization want to gain as much knowledge as possible. During our first conversation, the general view was that it would be nice to live healthier but unfortunately expensive for them is not or only partially affordable. During our project, we want to try healthy lifestyle activities that prove to young people that they can become more aware with little financial effort. Our project will also build on good practices from partners, thanks to the good relationship, we have already consulted with each other in the early stages and partner organisations have also consulted with young people who are active with them. Thus, our activity is for young people to be young, and in realisation they achieve the objectives set. The theme of the exchange is to make these skills more conscious, to develop skills that help them to prosper in the future, to educate them about their commitment, to find potential hobbies or life goals in their daily lives. This allows them to engage in a health-conscious lifestyle, expand their worldview, gain new knowledge, build relationships that can make their lives complete and happy. The aim of the project is to increase the confidence, competences, health-conscious experiences and worldviews of young people. And this is good for young people, for the local society, for their age groups. The project is an opportunity for participating high school youth to get a sense of water sports through various workshops, thus making it more closely connected between young people and sport and a health-conscious lifestyle. As a result of this project, there is a higher need for cognition, attention, awareness, healthy lifestyles for water sports and social participation, to learn to represent their own and others' interests, and to learn to use the people they know for their own benefit and for the benefit of their communities. In the field of communication and cognition, they are making progress in the project that will lead to the next goal. Our goal is to make young people feel at home during sports, not to be disturbed by any kind of activity, to express their thoughts better during conversations, to highlight their advantages, and to learn what is worth and what is not worth talking about in a given situation. By visiting, learning about the sports association, the young people who have learned there get closer to recreation, learn about the meaning of the word and upload content. The project thus contributes directly to the acquisition of knowledge through non-formal, practical methods. Through this, the project is closely linked to the themes of the Erasmus + programme. Young people taking part will also experience at the level of competence how to make a particular situation, activity in practice, and they will be given the opportunity to test sports that might otherwise never take place. They'll be braver, more confident. They become more active, better monitor their environment and support the health conscious methods learned by this activity, thus supporting the learning activities of their environment as an indicator. By trying new sports, they are pushing their own knowledge and bariness, making them more confident in this area. The exchange will focus particularly on the active participation and involvement of young people, which we try to achieve through different methods of non-formal pedagogy. Among the young people involved are disadvantaged and not disadvantaged. Our general goal is for group members to get to know each other, learn how to learn other cultures, to feel its essence and beauty, to have more confidence in public, civil advoca
