The aim of the project is to develop the competences of youth workers and provide them with methodological tools to better involve young people in community and social processes. Adapting to the ever-changing challenges of youth work, the project will provide opportunities for professional development, exchange of experience and learning about innovative solutions. A particular focus will be on encouraging active citizenship among young people, especially those who do not feel they can make a difference in their communities. The project will support the development of media literacy and critical thinking, as well as strengthening advocacy and communication skills. Youth workers will be trained in new techniques of community engagement through interactive workshops and practical simulations. Through international cooperation, participants will be able to share good practices and build a long-term professional network. The project will consist of three main phases: a preparatory meeting, an intensive training week and a final event focusing on the application of lessons learned and the sharing of experiences. In addition to developing youth work, the project will also contribute to promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities, with a special focus on young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
