Smart Jobs will contribute to: Align the offer of Vocational Education and Training addressed to professionals in the field of employability services with the emerging labour market needs and define a basis for a common EU Curriculum; Propose a digital solution to help Employability Professionals in assisting job-seekers and new hires during the onboarding process; Develop training and methodologies for Employability Professionals and employers in charge of managing the onboarding of new hires.
