Create opportunities for our team to build networks and enhance collaboration with other professionals with a view to learning new strategies, methods and tools that can be applied in their work As part of this programme we want to increase knowledge and understanding of the ways in which other projects measure success and impact effectively.
We have applied for this programme to create opportunities for staff to learn more about how other countries support people with disabilities to gain employment and enhance their career journey. Sweden have a project that takes a different approach to how we do this in our programme and we would like to visit them to explore new ways of working that could enhance the way we work with participants on our programme as part of our approach to continuous improvement.
