We are seeking to offer our staff and adult learners opportunities to learn more about Europe and its common values. We are seeing also to learn alternative ways of improving the competencies of Staff and Adult Learners in our own workplaces particularly to improve our digital management. We believe this will be beneficial as it will result in improved efficiencies, time management and lead to improved capacity and a will lead to enhanced competency.
Castleblayney Community Enterprise applied for this project as it will provide wonderful opportunities for staff & learners to study and learn from activities undertaken in an international environment. It will improve participants self development help to establish intercultural contacts and obtain valuable insight into different cultures. The learning from this project will also improve and strengthen our delivery of adult educational programmes and ensure a better learner experience.
