Through "Roots and Games," we aim to enhance youth work by introducing traditional games as innovative tools for non-formal education, fostering intercultural dialogue, and promoting social inclusion. Our main objective is to empower young people with new methods that make learning more engaging, accessible, and culturally meaningful. We will try to explore and practice traditional games, in order to make participants to gain a deeper understanding of their own cultural heritage while appreciating the diversity of others. Our exchange also seeks to strengthen young people’ capacities by equipping them with practical approaches that encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity among them. Another key objective is to promote active participation and inclusion, ensuring that all young people, regardless of background, feel valued and involved. Additionally, we aim to increase awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and encourage future engagement in international youth projects. We plan to integrate these elements into youth work and we hope to create sustainable learning experiences that inspire young people to use traditional games as a tool for education, connection, and personal growth.
