Promote inclusion and diversity: By developing outreach activities and learning opportunities that are specifically designed to be inclusive and accessible to young people facing social and economic barriers. Foster civic engagement and leadership: Through collaborative learning, youth workers will help young people develop leadership skills and become more actively involved in their communities. Support lifelong learning: By providing opportunities for ongoing professional development, the project aims to ensure that youth workers continue to improve their skills and knowledge throughout their careers.
