This project leverages AI-driven virtual coaching to support geographically isolated and digitally absorbed young people. It combines youth work expertise, immersive technology, and AI-based career planning to enhance employability and social inclusion. Partners from Ireland, Greece, and Finland will develop, pilot, and evaluate digital coaching tools, ensuring scalable and sustainable impact on youth services across Europe.
