UrbON aims to improve the employability of young people at risk of exclusion such as NEETS including those with migrant backgrounds. The project will develop a non-formal training curriculum to enhance the soft and green skills to improve their access to job market opportunities. The project will also use eco-based activities to empower marginalized young people to become active citizens in their local, national and European community, and highlight the importance of sustainable environments.
