The Gropius High School wants to make the didactics of the subject areas more effective, through the integration of dual learning models to spread awareness of the role of sustainability for the employability and development of the creative and cultural sector. Moreover, it intends to foster European on-the-job training of learners and graduates to facilitate the acquisition of technical, cross-sectoral, innovative sustainable skills that are valid on the labour market.
The Gropius High School designed “CREATI.VE. EUROPE” to respond to the need of the cultural and creative industries, engaged in sustainable transition actions, to find on the market professionals suited to manage the increased globalization, complexity and transversality of artistic-creative work. Sustainable transition actions, in fact, require from human resources not only “core” skills, but also cross-sectoral, communication (including in foreign languages), green skills.
