The objectives of the project are twofold: to enhance the professional skills of students to prepare them for the job market and to promote the development of transversal skills to shape them as informed citizens in an interconnected European context. Additionally, it is planned to offer job shadowing opportunities for teachers, fostering learning through practical experiences and the exchange of best practices with colleagues from other institutions.
We applied for this project with the intention of providing our students in their final three years an opportunity that is unique and educational. We want to allow them to enrich their study experience through activities at European schools and companies specialized in their field of study. This approach is necessary due to the lack of available positions for carrying out high-quality training and career orientation paths (PCTO) for all students in their final three years.
