The objectives of the project are as follows: -Enhancing student outcomes by integrating vocational training with the development of linguistic and soft skills. -Improving employability for recent graduates by strengthening their professional, linguistic, and transversal skills. -Providing teachers with tools and workshop-based methods to foster innovation. -Developing teachers’ digital and technological skills to align the school offering with the needs of students and the labour market.
The "E.N.Ha.N.C.ING." project, building on the initial Erasmus experiences of IIS “Giordani”, Caserta, aims to improve and internationalise the school, addressing critical issues related to academic failure and the risk of unemployment. It promotes the mobility of students, recent graduates, and school staff (teachers and the school principal) to Ireland, Germany, and Finland, respectively, to foster their professional and digital development.
