With this project, we aim to integrate technological innovation into the traditional hospitality sector, promoting digital and professional skills among students and teachers. Our main objectives are: to improve the quality of education through the use of innovative tools such as AI and augmented reality; to develop soft skills and language competencies through international experiences; and to create a European network for sharing best practices and continuously updating the curriculum.
We want to explore Next Generation AI and the integration of innovation through an Erasmus project to prepare students and teachers for the challenges of the hospitality sector. Artificial intelligence is transforming hospitality by improving efficiency and customer experience. Collaborating internationally allows us to acquire advanced skills, promote the exchange of best practices, and position our school as a leading training hub in tourism and catering.
