The project has two main objectives: 1) To improve production techniques and professional and educational benefits through a comparison between the Abruzzo region and the Spanish reality; vineyard cultivation, harvesting, winemaking, preservation, marketing, and ties to local traditions will be explored. 2) To analyze the strengths and weaknesses of IIS Serpieri's educational offer by comparing curricula, student activities, learning techniques, and teacher training.
The “A. Serpieri” Institute is located in the province of L'Aquila, with its main site in Avezzano.It offers two tracks:Technical and Vocational.The five-year courses allow students to continue their studies at university or enter the workforce.The institute's mission is to train qualified professionals in the agro-food and environmental sectors, in line with the 2030 agenda.The student population is diverse, and the school is inclusive, ensuring equal opportunities for academic success for all.
