The Chamber of Commerce of Umbria aims to enhance the skills of its technical staff to improve the quality of training services and increase the efficiency of support for the internationalization of Umbrian SMEs. It also seeks to strengthen the technical and soft skills of students and recent graduates seeking their first employment through international experiences with Chambers of Commerce and SMEs, thereby improving the quality of human resources within associated Umbrian enterprises.
The Chamber of Commerce of Umbria, with Erasmus+ KA122 VET, will offers three types of mobility experiences: internships for students, long-term WBL internships for recent graduates, and professional training programs for staff. This initiative aims to develop key competencies in students, bridge technical, linguistic, and soft skills gaps among graduates, and support the upskilling of internal staff and human resources in SMEs, thereby enhancing the training courses for internationalization.
