By implementing the project, Enaip intends to align its VET offer with the new challenges of the global market, incorporate common European values, civic engagement and participation into the educational programs, increase the pedagogical and content-related skills of its staff and enhance the attractiveness of VET so that it is no longer perceived as a "second choice", both by students and families and by new human resources to be attracted and retained in the organization.
Enaip applyed for this project as an important step towards progressive internationalization, aiming for KA120 accreditation, for the benefit of its learners, who lack opportunities to approach different cultures due to their disadvantaged socioeconomic background and personal fragility that have compromised their traditional schooling, and of the staff, who need to be updated in relation to new educational-didactic methodologies based on European values
