The project objectives are: - to strengthen students' multilingual, intercultural, and professional skills to enhance their employability in the international labor market; - to reinforce teachers' multilingual and teaching skills to increase the level of inclusivity and meet the needs of students and the local community; - to enhance the multilingual and managerial skills of the administrative staff.
We applied for this project because we identified weaknesses within our organization that negatively affect the educational and professional pathways of our students. As an institution, we believe in continuous training and improving the quality of education, and we feel responsible for ensuring that our young people have access to the right opportunities and resources to achieve their personal and professional success.
