Thanks to this project, students and teachers will have the opportunity to engage with international realities, which will help them strengthen their language and job skills, enable them to face and overcome new challenges, gaining greater awareness of their abilities and talents. This way, it will be possible to motivate students, supporting them in their traditional educational journey through an experience that, within a European framework, can offer new perspectives and opportunities
The IIS Ubertini is applying to ensure continuity in meeting the school’s needs, providing fresh impetus to the academic journey for both teachers and students. The socio-cultural context negatively affects students’ motivation and the school dropout rate, which in turn impacts teaching methodologies that require renewal. Therefore, this project aims to serve as a tool for resilience, just as the oyster (O.Y.S.T.E.R.) transforms a grain of sand into a pearl.
