The objectives of this project are: 1. To enhance students' professional skills, improve academic performance, develop entrepreneurial abilities, and involve them as contributors to the peer-tutoring program. 2. To strengthen students' key citizenship competence (social, entrepreneurial, linguistic, and digital skills, as well as openness to different cultures). 3. To modernise teaching practices by offering teacher training in new methodologies, digital education, and CLIL.
Considering the recent period of growing commercial relations with foreign countries, the school ITE Salvemini has identified some areas for improvement, including student training, teacher training, and the use of the institute's digital equipment. Consequently, it has decided to enhance these aspects through a process of internationalisation that provides opportunities for personal growth and professional development for all school staff.
