The project aims to place students in companies within the food and wine sector, particularly those involved in cheese and wine production, to help them acquire concrete professional skills by learning to manage daily work routines and unexpected challenges. It promotes sustainability through environmentally friendly production practices and the conscious use of resources. Additionally, it supports the improvement of linguistic and digital skills in an international work and social environment.
