CeD aims to contribute to improving - the training of qualified resources capable of grasping the new development potential of different professional sectors; - learning processes from a strategic perspective and in synergy with the new opportunities offered by the European market. Therefore, vocational training actions will be promoted in which the opportunity will be offered to integrate TECHNICAL-OPERATIVE, SECTORAL, SPECIALISATION, TRANSVERSAL SKILLS.
The project aims to support the mobility of VET young people by promoting cooperation with organisations from different EU countries. The mobility offers opportunities for work-based learning and non-formal learning, developing, through targeted placements, technical and professional skills in the hotel, reception and kitchen sector. Trainees will gain practical experience to enhance their professional preparation, promoting a successful transition to the world of work.
