CHEF aims to contribute in bringing VET hospitality schools’ curricula more consistent with the European Cancer Code dietary guidelines. Prevention of cancer is a social priority that passes also through healthy habits and diets. In this, VET hospitality schools play a crucial role, as they train the cooks of the future and can influence consumer habits in concrete ways.
