1. To support three VET providers in enhancing institutional capacity, staff development, and expanding educational offerings. 2. To enhance knowledge and skills among at least 6 VET staff from three partners. 3. To create three innovative workshop materials focused on applying resilience competence to strengthen workplace resilience and employee support. 4. To increase adult participation in the local VET activities. 5. To promote and disseminate the resilience competence at workplace
