The project aims to empower 40 vulnerable women (20 in Italy, 20 in Romania) through training in sustainable textile production and green entrepreneurship, enhancing their employability and business skills. Moreover, the project strengthens the capacity of trainers from Accademia Focus, TUCEP, and ADES to deliver specialized VET programs, contributing to long-term economic integration in the green economy and offer a transnational VET platform for exchanging practices and delivering peer-revie
